Scope of Work

This includes providing necessary engineering, planning, materials (such as fiber/copper cables and DSX patch panels), implementing migration services, acquiring required DWDM hardware, performing all testing and circuit turn-up to government acceptance criteria, and furnishing required documentation and status reports. The work must maintain critical network uptime within a secure launch facility environment.

Personnel & Security Requirements
The contractor must provide an on-site Project Manager with direct experience in DWDM systems and migration activities. Additionally, two on-site Technical FTEs (engineer/technician) are required, who must be Ciena certified with direct DWDM migration experience and a minimum of 10 years of experience each. All contractor personnel must be U.S. Citizens, possess a REAL ID Driver's License, and hold a DoD Secret clearance or higher, with the contractor possessing a Secret facility clearance. The contractor must also be Ciena certified to install and maintain Ciena equipment.
