Opportunity Details
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is a combined synopsis/solicitation for comprehensive janitorial services. The total area to be serviced is approximately 6,560 square feet across five buildings, with services required twice weekly. The contract period is anticipated to run from March 1, 2026, through February 28, 2031, including a base year and four one-year option periods. Funds are not presently available, and any award is contingent upon fund availability. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation.
Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all labor, transportation, equipment, supervision, materials, and supplies (excluding Government-Furnished Components) necessary to maintain the building interior and specified exterior portions of the Six Rivers offices. Tasks include routine and periodic cleaning such as trash collection, room cleaning, bathroom sanitation, floor cleaning, dusting, and window washing. Performance will be evaluated against the contractor's Operating Plan and Schedule, ensuring an overall appearance of cleanliness consistent with industry standards. A written Quality Control Program is required.
