Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the requirements for janitorial services and trash/litter collection at the Smithville Lake Project, Missouri, to maintain facilities and recreational areas in a clean and well-maintained condition.

• Janitorial Services: To be performed at the Smithville Lake Project Office (Litton Visitor Center) and Maintenance Facility. Services include maintaining facilities in a clean and well-maintained condition as per the PWS, including tasks outlined in Section C.5.
