- Plowing: 54,072 square feet of paved areas, including POV lots and road areas. Plowing must ensure no more than a 10% reduction in parking spaces and snowbanks at entrances/exits not exceeding three feet high.
- Shoveling: 5,400 square feet of sidewalks and slab areas. Complete cleaning, sanding, and/or salting are required for three-inch snowfall events or slippery conditions.
- Ancillary Services: Clearing of entrance ramps, driveways, gates, catch basins, hydrants, dumpsters, and HVAC units. Provision and maintenance of sand barrels.

Performance Requirements & Special Conditions
- Performance Standards: The contractor must maintain a 98% performance threshold with no more than one valid customer complaint per month. Performance will be evaluated against a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), and invoices require submitted pictures verifying services.
- Operational Requirements: Services must commence within two hours of notification from the COR/RFOS. Contractors are required to take "before and after" time-stamped pictures of serviced areas and maintain contact with the COR/RFOS during operations. An on-site qualified supervisor and representative must be present during services.
- Personnel & Compliance: Contractor personnel must be English-speaking, wear company identification, and comply with security regulations, including background checks, AT Level 1, iWATCH, and OPSEC training. Compliance with hazardous waste regulations, including MSDS submission, is mandatory. The contractor assumes full liability for loss or damage to Government property.
- Administrative: Within 15 calendar days of award, a list of employees and phone numbers is required. State and Federal licenses/permits must be provided within five working days of award. Monthly invoices are due within five days after services are performed.
