This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the installation of twenty-one (21) solar-powered parking lot lights with attachments at buildings 6003, 6004, and 6005 at the Strategic Weapons Facility, Atlantic (SWFLANT) in Kings Bay, Georgia. The government is procuring the installation services and associated materials.

• Installation of three (3) solar-powered parking lot lights with attachments at building 6003.

• Installation of two (2) solar-powered parking lot lights with attachments at building 6004.

• Installation of sixteen (16) solar-powered parking lot lights with attachments at building 6005.

• Contractor must provide all necessary materials and labor.

• Disposal of debris and hauling away packaging materials is included.

• Provide an installation work plan and schedule prior to mobilization.

• Coordinate parking lot closure at least five (5) working days prior to work start.

• Maintain a twenty (20) foot standoff area around the work zone.

• Existing light fixtures are to remain in place for future use; new lights are to be mounted without demolishing existing ones.

• New light fixtures shall operate from dusk till dawn.

• Perform an operational verification test with Government representatives present after installation.

• Correct any deficiencies found during the verification test.

• Coordinate with the government for receipt of new light fixtures, which are stored at Missile Parts Warehouse (MPW), B3036.
