Scope of Work
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) requires the installation of twenty-one (21) solar-powered parking lot lights with attachments across buildings 6003, 6004, and 6005 at the Strategic Weapons Facility, Atlantic (SWFLANT) in Kings Bay, Georgia. The contractor must provide all necessary materials and labor. Key tasks include:
- Installation of 3 lights at building 6003, 2 at 6004, and 16 at 6005.
- Disposal of debris and hauling away packaging materials.
- Providing an installation work plan and schedule.
- Coordinating parking lot closures at least five working days prior to work.
- Maintaining a twenty-foot standoff area around the work zone.
- Ensuring new lights operate from dusk till dawn.
- Performing an operational verification test with Government representatives.

Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted via email to SPK12CONTRACTS@SWFLANT.NAVY.MIL. Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose submission represents the Lowest-Priced-Technically-Acceptable (LPTA) quote. Technical acceptability requires all items to be included, meet specifications, and confirmation of authorized reseller status if applicable.
