Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To design and fabricate two new instruments for measuring gas properties to exacting uncertainty requirements, supporting CHIPS project 1.02. These instruments will provide critical gas property data for accurate and cost-effective flow metering of gases used in semiconductor chip production, aiming to improve device throughput, yield, and reduce costs.
