Bidders must use this spreadsheet to input their pricing for each ordering year. The "Total Proposed Price" will be calculated based on these inputs. It is critical to follow the instructions precisely, completing only the yellow-highlighted cells, to avoid potential rejection of the offer.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation, W912CH-25-R-0130, is for a five-year Long Term Contract (LTC) using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. The requirement is for a "Gunner Shield Kit" with National Stock Number (NSN) 2510-01-498-4996 and Original Part Number 57K4470.

• Procurement of "Gunner Shield Kit" (NSN: 2510-01-498-4996, Part Number: 57K4470).

• Minimum quantity of 48 units per annum, with a maximum of 1200 units per annum.

• First Article Test (FAT) is required.

• Technical Data Package (TDP) is available via SAM.gov and requires DD Form 2345 certification for access.

• Packaging and marking requirements are detailed in Section D, including Special Packaging Instruction AK14984996.

• Ballistic testing may be required as specified in Section E.

• Offers must be submitted for the total quantity of items identified in the solicitation; "all or none" award.

• Evaluation will be based on Technical Factor (Acceptable/Unacceptable) and Price Factor (Lowest Price Technically Acceptable - LPTA).

• Submission Due Date: Must reach the destination before the closing date and time specified in Block 9 of the SF33.

• Proposal acceptance period: Minimum 180 calendar days.

• Submission Format: Electronic via email, MS Office 2013 compatible or PDF. No links or external citations.

• This solicitation is a 100% Small Business (SB) Set-Aside.

• Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and self-certified to NAICS code 336211 (Military Armored Vehicle, Tank, and Tank Component Manufacturing) with a size standard of 1000 employees or less.

• The solicitation includes numerous FAR and DFARS clauses covering various aspects of contract performance, including but not limited to, inspection, acceptance, deliveries, contract administration, representations and certifications, and evaluation factors.

Bidders must understand that successful performance under this contract will require them to ensure all relevant personnel complete mandatory OPSEC Awareness (Level 1) training within specified timeframes and provide proof of completion to the Government.
