Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive solid waste, construction and demolition (C&D) waste, and recycling collection, hauling, dumping, and reporting services within designated areas of Zion National Park's Main Canyon and Kolob Canyon. This includes:
- Collection, hauling, and dumping of non-hazardous Municipal Solid Waste (MSW), C&D waste (requiring two 30-yard roll-off containers), and recyclables (requiring five commingled dumpsters).
- Providing and maintaining MSW and C&D dumpsters; the Government provides residential receptacles.
- Managing, supervising, and providing all necessary labor, tools, materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Planning, scheduling, and coordinating services, including adherence to operational hours (Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm Mountain Time) and resuming services within 48 hours for Federal holidays.
