• A TDP is available, but access is restricted by Distribution Statement "D" (Department of War contractors).

• Vendors must have a current DD Form 2345 (Military Critical Technical Data Agreement) on file with DLIS to access the TDP.

• Access requests must be submitted via SAM.gov, followed by emailing the approved DD Form 2345 to Meika Cole (meika.j.cole.civ@army.mil).

• Vendors without a current DD 2345 must submit one to the Joint Certification Program.

• All TDPs must be destroyed upon completion of the Government's purpose.
