Statement of Work (SOW)

To maintain a safe, sanitary, and healthcare-compliant environment at the Fort Yuma Healthcare Center (FYHC) through comprehensive pest control services.

The contractor will provide Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services, including but not limited to:

• Monthly interior and exterior pest control.
• Rodent control (mice and rats).
• Cockroach elimination, particularly in warehouse areas.
• Installation and maintenance of UV fly traps.
• Drain pest elimination.
• Burrowing animal elimination.
• Bird control and sanitation.
• Termite inspections and retreatment.
