The Fort Yuma Health Center (FYHC) is conducting market research to identify qualified Indian Economic Enterprises (IEEs) capable of providing dental laboratory prosthetic fabrication services. Required services include the fabrication of complete dentures, removable partial dentures, crown and bridge restorations, implant abutments, night guards, interim partials, and other fixed and removable prosthodontic units in accordance with the specifications provided in the Statement of Work. Services must also include packaging, shipping, case tracking, and timely delivery. No minimum case volume is guaranteed.
Interested parties must complete and submit the IHS Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) Representation Form and provide a capability statement that includes:
