The Indian Health Service (IHS), Fort Yuma Health Center (FYHC), is seeking information from qualified Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) capable of providing comprehensive Water Management Plan (WMP) services in accordance with ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 188, CMS QSO 17-30, CDC guidance, and all applicable federal and state requirements. The contractor shall develop a new facility-wide WMP and provide ongoing maintenance, updates, quarterly and semi-annual verification site visits, and routine water sampling for Legionella, heterotrophic plate count (HPC), and E. coli. Services include hazard analysis, system identification, control measure planning, monitoring, action plans, and testing of cooling towers, domestic water systems, and associated mechanical equipment. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, travel, and expertise required to ensure FYHC’s water systems remain compliant, safe, and effectively managed throughout the period of performance.
