Scope of Work

Submission Requirements
Offerors must provide:
- A) Firm, Fixed price quote on the SF18 form and a completed bid sheet.
- B) Technical specifications of the statement of work and an acceptable materials list.
- C) Two (2) relevant past performance examples (organization name, point of contact, project summary, award amount).
- D) A Bid Bond (SF24) for $35,000. If the award exceeds $35,000, Performance (SF25) and Payment (SF25A) bonds will be required.

Evaluation Criteria
Quotes will be evaluated on an acceptable/non-acceptable basis. Failure to provide items A or B (firm fixed price quote on SF18 and technical specifications/materials list) will render the entire quote unacceptable. Evaluation will proceed by ranking quotes from low to high price, then assessing technical acceptability starting with the lowest-priced quote. Award will be made to the responsible, responsive offeror with the lowest reasonable price meeting all technical specifications. The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussions.
