Scope of Interest
The Government is seeking capabilities for:
- Inspection and maintenance services for relay calibration.
- Inspection and maintenance services for transformer inspection. These services must be performed in accordance with Attachment 1 – Statement of Work (SOW).

To obtain Attachment 1 – Statement of Work (SOW), interested companies must meet specific cybersecurity requirements:
- Possess a basic NIST 800-171 self-assessment completed within the last three years and documented in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS).
- Adhere to 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) regarding Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) handling. To request the SOW, companies must email their CAGE Code to bethany.hill.3@us.af.mil. The SOW will be released via DoD SAFE upon confirmation of the SPRS assessment.
