Purpose & Scope of Work
DLA J7 requires MBB support in strategic, programmatic, and operational acquisition mission planning and business transformation/engineering. This includes continuous organizational improvement, common operating picture/balanced scorecard development, and continuous process improvement project identification to foster agile, adaptive, and resilient acquisition solutions. Key tasks involve strategic planning for DLA Warstopper, Acquisition Workforce Career Development, Acquisition Operations, and Organizational Performance, alongside project development, PMO mentoring, and various reporting.
Key Requirements
Vendors must demonstrate the capability to meet all requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), including providing Lean Six Sigma Certified Master Black Belt key personnel with specific experience and education. Work will be 100% at the McNamara Headquarters Complex, Fort Belvoir, VA, or other designated locations. Security requirements include IT-III or active NACI for on-site personnel and strict handling of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
