Key Requirements

The contractor must be authorized by the OEM and maintain all necessary manufacturer, Federal, Tribal, State, and local licenses and certifications. Work must comply with OEM specifications, NFPA 99 and 101, Health Care Facilities Standards, Environment of Care, Joint Commission standards, applicable biohazardous waste handling regulations, and HIPAA requirements. All replacement parts must be new and OEM-approved. Technician qualifications allow for alternative, equivalent qualifications if trained through documented experience, OEM-aligned procedures, access to OEM-approved parts, and an ISO 13485-certified quality management system.
