A list of specific endoscope models from various manufacturers (e.g., Olympus, Hologic, Linvatec) is provided, along with their serial numbers, model numbers, and the department (OR).

• All serviced, maintained, or repaired units shall remain free from defects for a minimum of thirty (30) days from the date of Government acceptance.

• Detailed service reports and test reports must be submitted for all services performed.

• Base Year: April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027

• Four Option Years extending through March 31, 2031

• Services are to be performed in Government-designated areas at PIMC, Phoenix, Arizona.

• Contractor must provide a detailed service schedule for review and approval.

• Technicians must be trained and certified by the OEM.

The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking information on potential sources for maintenance services for endoscopes.
