Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

• Drawings: Provide drawings for all surveyed culverts, adhering to VSFB CAD Standards.

• All work must comply with industry standards, manufacturer specifications, and Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations.

• The survey must utilize the National Association of Sewer Service Companies (NASSCO) Pipeline Assessment and Certification Program (PACP) for reporting.

• All cleaning and video/surveying are expected to be completed within 365 days.

• A Quality Control Plan must be submitted.

• The work is to be performed at Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB), California.

• The period of performance is detailed in Appendix A, including specific service months.

• Contractor Qualifications: Personnel must possess the necessary skills and knowledge. A biological monitor resume is required.
