  • Utilization of a Contractor-Owned Contractor-Operated (COCO) vehicle fleet (Charter Buses, 4-door Sedans, 15-passenger Vans/Airporters), with the contractor responsible for all maintenance. No Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) will be provided.
  • Services are required daily, including federal holidays, with an anticipated 50% workload reduction from June 1 to July 31 annually.

Performance & Reporting

  • Execute Transportation Movement Requests (TMRs) via the "USMA Transportation Application" (24-hour notice for standard, 48-hour for overtime).
  • Provide written weekly updates on TMR execution and a monthly "Operations Report" (CDRL-01) by the third day of each month.
  • Conduct semi-annual Performance Management Reviews.
  • Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs) are generally 98% for timeliness and quality of services, and 100% for application access.
