Key Requirements

Offerors must use Gordian's Construction Task Catalog (CTC) system for pricing and proposal submission; the use of RS Means is strictly prohibited and will lead to proposal rejection. Access to the Gordian system is required to submit a proposal. A "Coefficient" spreadsheet (TE-2) must be provided, representing indirect costs, overhead, profit, and other factors. The contract also requires a Performance and Payment Bond. Technical evaluation criteria include demonstrating at least 15% of work performed by the prime or subcontracted to a 100% HUBZone business.
