Scope of Work

- Electrical Work: Demolition of existing disconnect switch, conduit, wiring, and heat trace, followed by installation of new disconnect switch, wiring, and conduit for both the chiller and heat tape.
- Site Requirements: Contractors must perform a thorough site visit, provide new materials, verify existing conditions, dispose of all demolished materials, minimize damage to existing structures, and operate within active operational areas while adhering to strict building and compound security requirements. All work must comply with manufacturer's instructions, EM-385, and OSHA safety regulations.
Contract Details
This is a Solicitation for a Firm Fixed-Price contract. Award will be based on a lump sum price for CLIN 0001, which must include all labor, materials, equipment, tools, management, supervision, and disposal. The Government may reject unbalanced offers. A 100 percent performance bond for CLIN 0001 is required.
