Information Requested
Vendors are requested to submit a capability statement (maximum 20 pages) addressing the following key areas:
- General Data: Company information, socioeconomic status, CAGE/UEI, business size, POCs, experience, certifications, teaming intentions, and financial resources.
- Material Information: Grades, forms, specifications, impurities, and testing capabilities for tire cord steel.
- Supply Information: Source locations, supply chain details (CONUS/OCONUS), annual production/consumption, timelines, recycling, pricing, and market prices.
- Delivery Information: Typical delivery times, quantities, subcontractors, origin, capacity, lot/batch size, packaging, and safety/transportation.
- Storage Information: Common conditions, duration, shelf life, environmental impact, regulations, and long-term storage recommendations.
- Market Information: Price fluctuations, seasonal effects, anticipated changes, material substitutions, and customer sectors.
- Additional Information: Long-term agreements, WAWF status, sales data, FAR clause 52.216-2 agreement, and SAM.gov registration.
Submission Instructions
