Vendors are requested to submit a capability statement addressing:

- Material Information: Details on grades, forms, specifications, common grades for aerospace/defense, baseline specifications, impurities (effects, types, limits, testing), and laboratory testing capabilities.
- Supply Information: Source locations, supply chain details (CONUS/OCONUS), annual production/throughput/consumption, production/acquisition timelines, recycling involvement, pricing methods, current market prices, and delivery times/quantities.
- Delivery Information: Typical delivery times, quantities, subcontractor use, origin of deliveries, delivery capacity, production/delivery timelines, potential additional capacity, lot/batch size, spot delivery capabilities, discounts, preferred delivery/packaging, industry standards, and safety/transportation concerns.
- Storage Information: Common storage conditions, typical storage duration, shelf life, environmental impact, regulations, material rotation, recommendations for long-term storage, and safety/environmental controls.
- Market Information: Market price fluctuations, seasonal effects, anticipated manufacturing/technology changes, potential material substitutions, and customer market sectors.
- Additional Information: Provisions for long-term agreements, Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) account status, willingness to provide sales data, agreement to FAR clause 52.216-2, SAM.gov registration, CAGE code status, and lessons learned.
