Amendment / Modification

This amendment provides instructions for obtaining draft Statement of Work (SOW) and Technical Requirements Document (TRD) for the SDN MOC Spiral 1, prior to a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) solicitation. Amendment / Modification
