Scope of Work

Key components include two 98-inch NEC screens, a confidence monitor, podium monitor, multi-zone clock, VTC rack monitor, primary cameras with auto-tracking, and a ceiling-mounted audio system. The system must support both NIPRNET and SIPRNET, integrate with existing government-furnished equipment, and feature a user-friendly touch-panel control system with four mandatory control panels (conference table, podium, controller's desk, outside room). Integration with Microsoft Teams, electronic security classification signs, and color-changing lighting based on network enclave are also required. The contractor will provide a new 42RU equipment cabinet, UPS, and PDUs, utilizing existing conduits. The period of performance is 90 days after contract award.
Key Clarifications (Amendment 1)
- Control Panels: Four control panels are mandatory (conference room table, podium, controller's desk, and outside the room).
- BYOD Access: Dedicated USB-C cables are required for SIPR and NIPR BYOD meetings, with specific port requirements. SIPR BYOD is only required at the control room desk.
- Microsoft Teams Integration: BYOD capability is sufficient for Teams; the system uses Expressway-C, not CUCM.
- Video Switching: SIPR HDMI inputs are only needed at the Control Desk; NIPR HDMI inputs are needed at the meeting room table, podium, and control desk.
- Security Clearances: No security clearance is required.
- Foreign Nationals: Authorized to perform work if from a NATO country.
- CMMC: Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 is not required.
