Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all equipment, labor, and materials to design, install, and test a comprehensive VTC system supporting both NIPRNET and SIPRNET operations. Key components include:
- Two 98-inch NEC screens, confidence monitor, podium monitor, multi-zone clock, and VTC rack monitor.
- Primary cameras with automatic speaker tracking and a ceiling-mounted audio system.
- A user-friendly touch-panel control system with four control panels (conference table, podium, controller's desk, outside room).
- Integration with Microsoft Teams, existing video/audio matrix switchers, and computer systems.
- Electronic signs for security classification display and lighting that changes color based on network enclave.
- New 42RU lockable equipment cabinet, 3kVA UPS, and two Power Distribution Units.
- User-facing BYOD connection points (USB-C) at the podium, conference table, and VTC equipment rack (SIPR BYOD only at control desk).
- All equipment must comply with cybersecurity requirements, including DISA and JITC APLs, and be sustainable for a minimum of five years.
- The project includes installation testing, user training (2-4 hours for up to 10 staff), and system maintainer training (on-site for up to 10 maintainers).
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP).
- Acquisition Value: Simplified procedures for acquisitions at or below SAT ($350,000) or > SAT, ≤ $9M.
