Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials for SOFAMT instruction. The training consists of a two-phase, nine-week course:
- Phase 1 (Distance Learning): A six-week computer-based instruction covering NREMT-B, PHTLS, and AMLS.
- Phase 2 (Resident): A three-week on-site instruction at Fort Bragg, NC, for NREMT-B, AMLS, PHTLS, and TCCC Tier III, including battlefield and disease-centric medical scenarios.
- Optional Culmination Exercise (CULEX): If exercised, the contractor will plan, coordinate, manage, and execute a CULEX simulating an Irregular Warfare environment.
- Optional Refresher Distance Learning: One-week NREMT-B DL refresher courses, facilitating up to 20 students per course, up to five times per fiscal year.
