Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, and materials for SOFAMT instruction. Key training phases include:
- Phase 1 Distance Learning (DL): Computer-based instruction for NREMT-B, PHTLS, and AMLS.
- Phase 2 Residence: On-site instruction at Fort Bragg, NC, covering NREMT-B, AMLS, PHTLS, and TCCC Tier III. This phase is 15 days for EMT-B, PHTLS, and ALMS completion.
- Culmination Exercise (CULEX): An optional CLIN for a simulated Irregular Warfare (IW) environment, if the government-led CULEX is unavailable. The maximum length for Phase 3 CULEX is 7 days.
- Refresher Distance Learning (DL): An optional one-week NREMT-B DL refresher course, occurring up to five times per fiscal year, for up to 20 students per course.
