Scope of Work
This BPA will cover a wide array of SOE and CBRNE equipment, including but not limited to thermal imagery, night vision, nonintrusive inspection systems, TSA-approved baggage scanners, small unmanned aerial systems, surveillance equipment, SOE parts/components, CBRNE detection equipment, CBRNE auxiliary items, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Services include supplier risk management, comprehensive logistics management (cargo movement, transportation efficiency, delivery timeliness), conducting kickoff meetings, project reporting, NDF meeting support, action tracking, technical advice (SME), and facilitating international shipments including customs coordination and export control documentation. The government reserves the right to update the equipment list to manage obsolescence or capitalize on new technology.
