Scope of Work
The contractor will provide in-person Speech Therapy services and conduct re-evaluations/evaluations for up to 12 students. Services must be delivered on-site at Wingate High School, align with students' Individual Education Plans (IEPs), and meet mandates from the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act and ESSA. Key requirements include:
- Providing own test/therapy materials and technology.
- Submitting written summaries of services and performance exit reports.
- Providing monthly invoices and service logs.
- Participating in student IEP meetings (in-person or virtual).
- Providing monthly service schedules and documenting services.
- Completing annual IEP updates using the BIE NASIS system.
- Completing BIE IMT and SCAN Training.
