Scope of Work
The contractor will provide speech therapy and conduct re-evaluations/evaluations for up to 12 students, aligning with their Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Services require New Mexico state certification/licensure and American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) licensure. Key responsibilities include providing own test/therapy materials and technology, submitting written summaries of services, performance exit reports, monthly invoices, and service logs. The contractor must also participate in IEP meetings, provide monthly service schedules, update IEPs using the BIE NASIS system, and complete BIE IMT and SCAN Training.
Contract Details
This is a Time and Material (including Labor Hour) type purchase order. The Period of Performance includes a base year (August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027) and two option years. An estimated 1,808 hours per year are required. The NAICS code is 621340 (Offices of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists, and Audiologists) with a $12.5M small business size standard.

Evaluation Criteria
