• Q&A Responses:
  • Service Schedule: The government anticipates approximately four (4) hours per day, five (5) days per week. The minimum requirement is 80 hours monthly, plus 720 hours annually, and an additional 13 hours for parent-teacher meetings and/or compensatory time. The hours of service are at the discretion of the program, and contractors cannot propose an alternative schedule.
  • Work Location: The contractor is expected to be in-person.
• Due Date: The due date for offers remains June 15, 2026, by 1600 CT.
• Period of Performance: The period of performance is from 09/09/2026 to 09/08/2027.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Bidders should note the clarified service schedule and in-person work requirement.

To remediate speech articulation deficits and improve receptive and expressive language skills for students at Taos Day School who have been diagnosed with speech language impairment, hearing impairment, or other certified diagnoses warranting services as noted in their individual education plans.

• Provide speech-language services for approximately 13 students.
