Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To remediate speech articulation deficits and improve receptive and expressive language skills for students at Taos Day School who have been diagnosed with speech language impairment, hearing impairment, or other certified diagnoses warranting services as noted in their individual education plans.

• Provide speech-language services for approximately 13 students.

• Conduct universal and full screenings for new and kindergarten-entering students.

• Work with students in small groups and 1:1 settings within special education.

• Provide therapeutic services and adaptations for the general education classroom.

• Draft relevant sections of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), including evaluation summaries, present levels of performance, annual goals, related services, and quarterly progress reports.

• Attend IEP meetings.

• Conduct audio-metric screenings on special education students.

• Create plans for exiting students who have received services for multiple years.
