Scope of Work
This opportunity requires the manufacture of the SPRING,FLAT item, adhering to specific contract quality requirements. Key technical documents include DRAWING DATA=5762142 and MIL-DTL-19595. Requirements include physical identification per MIL-STD-130, REV N, and adherence to Cage Code/Reference Number 53711, 5762142. Non-Magnetic Inspection is required in accordance with MIL-DTL-19595.
Testing and Quality Assurance
Both First Article Testing (FAT) and Production Lot Testing (PLT) apply. Five (5) units are required for FAT, to be delivered to NSWC Indian Head EOD Technology Center, with the Government having 90 days for testing. All production units are subject to 100% PLT at Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head. The EOD Technician has 90 days to test/inspect/accept production quantity, with an additional 30 days for notification (total 120 days). Material Certificates of Conformance (C of Cs) are required for all FA and PLT materials.
