Scope of Work
The contractor will provide full-spectrum S&RTS for the import and export of Defense Transportation System (DTS) sponsored and non-sponsored cargo. This includes managing US Military cargo such as containers, vehicles (up to 150,000 lbs), breakbulk, and rotary or fixed-wing aircraft. Services encompass vessel and truck loading/discharging, port reception and disposition, cargo management, intra-port transfers, vessel preparation, documentation (tallying & checking), and warehousing of dunnage & tiedown materials. Operations are required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with the capability to work multiple vessels and decks simultaneously.
