Scope of Work
The contractor will provide and install two (2) Haworth branded workstations designed to seamlessly integrate with existing office furniture in Building 1840, Room L03D, Peterson SFB. Key components include 50" powered panels, 16" stack panels, worksurfaces, BBF, FF pedestals, curved wave corner worksurfaces, overhead storage with LED lights/tack boards, panel-mounted coat hooks, and three duplex outlets per station. Finish requirements specify Grade 2 fabrics, metallic paint, and wood grain laminate worksurfaces. The scope also includes providing and installing all electrical connections, base feeds, and infrastructure from spider box to j-boxes underfloor, utilizing a licensed electrician. Design services, including space planning, site verification, material selection, and programming, are required. The contractor must manage ordering, shipment, delivery, and installation, performed by manufacturer-certified professionals, ensuring removal of packing materials and protection of existing building materials. Professional design, project management, and installation services are also part of the requirement.

Special Requirements
Offerors must be authorized dealers of specified furniture manufacturers (Haworth). Workers must be US citizens, and a list with full name, SSN, place of birth, and citizenship is required 3 days prior to visit. Personnel requiring base access must provide Full Name, Date of Birth, Driver's License Number, and Issuing State 5 days prior. The contractor must provide a contract manager and a project manager. All companies must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered for award. Work must comply with NFPA 70, NFPA 101, and the Architectural Barriers Act.
