Scope of Work

Submission & Evaluation

Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal provides the best value to the government, considering technical capability, past performance, and price. Technical capability and past performance will be evaluated on a Go/No-Go (pass/fail) basis, resulting in an Acceptable or Unacceptable rating. Price will be evaluated by ranking offers from lowest to highest Total Evaluated Price (TEP).
