Key Requirements & Evaluation
Offerors must maintain a quality system in accordance with ISO-9001, amplified by ISO-10012 or ANSI-Z540.3 with ISO-17025 (or MIL-I-45208). Government Quality Assurance (GQA) at the source is required. Past performance will be considered in the evaluation. All contractual documents will be issued bilaterally, requiring contractor acceptance. This is a DO certified order for national defense under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS). Certification data must be submitted to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard via Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) for review and acceptance prior to each shipment, and no material is to be shipped without prior acceptance. Drawings are available on SAM.gov, and access must be requested.
