Submission Requirements
Offerors must provide a complete pricing proposal including unit price, total price, and any associated delivery/handling costs. Quotations must also include the offeror’s CAGE Code, UEI, business size, and confirmation of technical compliance with Part Number 667-60004. Offerors shall propose their best achievable delivery schedule.
