Scope of Work

GLS will remove stoplogs from the pit for contractor work.

Submission & Evaluation
Quotes will be evaluated using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach. Quoters must be registered and have an active registration in SAM.gov at the time of solicitation closing and award. Required submissions include a technical response (limited to 15 pages, demonstrating ability to meet PWS requirements and including a project plan), past performance references (minimum two, maximum three from the last five years), and pricing on Attachment B – Pricing Sheet. Contractor personnel will require background investigations.
Special Requirements
Contractor must be AMPP QP1 and QP2 certified. An independent, third-party Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or EPA-certified Lead Project Designer/Supervisor is required, along with an AMPP C-3 qualified Lead Removal Supervisor on-site during lead handling. An AMPP CIP Level 2 certified paint inspector is also required. The coating applicator must have documented experience with USACE vinyl coating systems. Detailed project plans (schedule, work plan, waste management, etc.) are mandatory.
