- Manufacturing & Design: Compliance with drawing 5676813 REV_L and all specified material and physical requirements.
- Marking: Adherence to applicable military standards such as MIL-STD-130, MIL-STD-1285, MIL-STD-454, and MIL-P-15024/5 (SHIPS).
- Configuration Control: Implementation of MIL-STD-973, Paragraph 5.4.8, for managing Engineering Change Proposals, Deviations, and Waivers. Submissions for these must be directed to the Contracting Officer at NAVICP-MECH.
- Quality Assurance: The Contractor is responsible for performing all inspection requirements. The Government reserves the right to conduct its own inspections, and Government Source Inspection per FAR 52.246-2 is mandatory. Inspection records must be maintained for 365 calendar days after final delivery.
