Scope of Work
This service contract requires all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision for:

- HVAC duct system replacement and installation of new ductwork.
- Crawlspace encapsulation with a minimum 14-mil polyethylene vapor barrier and rigid foam insulation.
- Installation of a dehumidification system (minimum 70 PPD Aprilaire or equivalent).
- Correction of sagging main line and subfloor repairs as needed.
- Testing and commissioning of all new systems.

Special Requirements & Notes
- Contractor must submit a safety plan, plumbing layout, HVAC duct layout, product data for dehumidifier and fixtures, mold remediation product data, and test reports.
