• Past Performance: The government has revised the requirement for prime contractors to independently demonstrate past performance, allowing reliance on the relevant past performance of a teaming partner. This change is detailed in Amendment 2.
• Safety Attendants: Revisions have been made to the number of Safety Attendants required; refer to the revised Attachment 7a, Route List.
• Special Needs Routes: Offerors must propose SPED buses that meet PWS requirements, potentially including lifts and ramps. Refer to Attachment 7a and the PWS.
• Bus Facility: The office and bus parking are on the same lot, with an indoor maintenance facility. A fuel storage tank is on-site and owned by the current contractor, not DoDEA.
• Communication: The PWS regarding communication (2.1.6 and 2.1.6.1) has been revised to clarify requirements for hands-free or mounted communication units. The government is seeking clarification on the desired communication method, as cell phones have been used previously.
• Mid-Day Routes: Refer to the revised Attachment 7a, Route List for information on mid-day routes.
