Services must adhere to the BOP's 2022 Community Treatment Services (CTS) Statement of Work, emphasizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or compatible evidence-based programming. Services can be delivered in-person or via approved telehealth methods. Performance sites must be within a nine-mile radius of the Earle Cabell Federal Building in Dallas and within a half-mile of public transportation, and must be ADA compliant.
