The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary service, labor, materials, and equipment. Adherence to safety regulations (Occupational Safety and Health Act CFR1926, International Building Code) and environmental standards (U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Utah State Department of Health) is mandatory. Work activities must be coordinated with clinic staff to avoid impacting daily operations, potentially requiring after-hours or weekend work. The contractor is also responsible for the disposal of all project-generated debris and trash.
