• Frac Tank Provision: The Coast Guard Yard will NOT provide a frac tank for offloading.
• Water Reclaim Responsibility: The Contractor is responsible for containing and disposing of water offsite. Water must not enter drains or the CG Yard's water system.
• PCB Presence: PCBs were NOT present in the bilge water in the past.

This amendment clarifies operational procedures and responsibilities related to offloading and water management.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This SOW outlines the requirements for tank and bilge cleaning and disposal services, Marine Chemist services, and power washing services for underwater hulls of various vessels at the U.S. Coast Guard Yard (CG Yard) in Baltimore, MD.
