• Offerors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database prior to submission.

• U.S. firms are eligible for payment in U.S. dollars; foreign firms will be paid in local currency.

• Repairs are NOT included under this agreement and will be priced separately.

• Value Added Tax (VAT) is not applicable due to the U.S. Embassy's tax exemption.
