Respondents are requested to submit a capability statement addressing:
- General Data: Company information, GSA contract numbers, socioeconomic status, CAGE/UEI, business size, and primary point of contact.
- Experience: Examples of direct and non-prime experience with similar work.
- Capabilities: Information on regulations, certifications, equipment, teaming intentions, financial resources, and prime contract management ability.
- Material Information: Details on Tellurium grades, forms, specifications, purity, common impurities, and testing methods.
- Supply Information: Source locations, supply chain, annual production/consumption, lead times, recycling, and pricing.
- Delivery Information: Typical order-to-delivery times, quantities, subcontractor usage, delivery origin, capacity, and preferred shipping/packaging.
