Respondents are requested to submit a capability statement addressing:

  • General Data: Company information, GSA contract numbers, socioeconomic status, CAGE/UEI, business size, and primary point of contact.
  • Experience: Examples of direct and non-prime experience with similar work.
  • Capabilities: Information on regulations, certifications, equipment, teaming intentions, financial resources, and prime contract management ability.
  • Material Information: Details on Tellurium grades, forms, specifications, purity, common impurities, and testing methods.
  • Supply Information: Source locations, supply chain, annual production/consumption, lead times, recycling, and pricing.
  • Delivery Information: Typical order-to-delivery times, quantities, subcontractor usage, delivery origin, capacity, and preferred shipping/packaging.
  • Storage Information: Common storage conditions, duration, shelf life, environmental impact, and safety controls.
  • Market Information: Changes in market price, seasonality, anticipated manufacturing/end-user changes, and potential material substitutions.
  • Additional Information: Provisions for long-term agreements, WAWF accounts, willingness to provide sales data, and SAM registration.
