One preventative maintenance visit is required halfway through the rental period.

Special Requirements & Compliance
- Site Visit: A site visit will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 9:00 AM EST. - Safety: A Contractor's Safety Plan must be submitted within 10 working days of award, and accident/incident reports must be submitted telephonically within four hours, followed by electronic notification within three calendar days.
