Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide temporary lodging for U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) personnel participating in Reserve Inactive Duty Training (IDT) at the USCG Port Security Unit 311 in San Pedro, CA.

• Period of Performance: June 1, 2026 – May 30, 2027.

• Room Requirements: A total of 30 single occupancy rooms and 440 double occupancy rooms, equating to 1,070 room nights over the performance period.

• Flexibility: The total number of rooms and room nights may fluctuate by up to 15% monthly due to operational needs. This fluctuation will not constitute a breach of contract as long as it remains within the stated variance.

• Specific Dates: The SOW provides anticipated dates and room breakdowns for June, August, September, October, November 2026, and January, February, March, April, May 2027. Berthing rosters will be provided NLT 28 days before check-in.

• Room Definitions:

  • Single Occupancy: One member per room.
