Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide and maintain portable latrines and handwashing stations to support mission operations in the Del Rio, Texas Sector.

• Provide fourteen (14) portable latrines and seven (7) handwashing stations.

• Ensure all units are fully operational, clean, and maintained.

• Service all units twice weekly, including cleaning, waste removal, water replenishment, restocking supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap), and refilling soap dispensers.

• Perform routine scheduled maintenance and required repairs, replacing units within 24 hours if necessary.

• Relocate units within five (5) business days upon Government request.

• Manage and dispose of all waste in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.

• Provide 24-hour emergency repair and/or replacement services for leased equipment at the contractor's expense.

• Units must be serviceable, structurally sound, watertight, well-ventilated, and free of damage.

• Latrines must have functional toilet seats, urinals, and toilet paper holders.

• Handwashing stations must have functional soap and paper towel dispensers, and secure, sealable fresh-water and gray-water tanks.

• Service sheets must be posted on each unit at every service.

• Areas surrounding units must be kept litter-free and free of waste spills.

• Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs) are defined for various tasks, with a maximum of five (5) deficiencies per month for most service-related items, and zero deviation for repairs/replacements and QCP submission.
