• Base Year Dates: The base year performance period is from 1 May 2026 to 28 Feb 2027.
• Reps and Certs: Offerors may incorporate Representations and Certifications information within the Technical Capability section of their proposal.
• Cancellations: There have been no issues with cancellations due to a lack of testing appointments.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)
